Transport

We focus on finding specific solutions for our partners. We offer comprehensive development and production solutions for pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems. Our solutions come in the form of control panels, electro-pneumatic control cabinets or panels with non-separable standard pneumatic components or pneumatic components developed in accordance with customer requirements. Our development takes place in the CAD system; we also prepare full documentation:

• Required testing, recording and certificates (e.g. UNE-EN 50155:2007 (temp.) and EN 61373 vibration test)
• Spare parts sets
• Technical requirements for the maintenance
• Operation and installation instructions

Typical examples of application include pantograph lifting control panels, siren control panels, air distribution panels, auxiliary compressed air control panels, door opening and closing systems, toilet operating systems, auxiliary brake systems, HVAC and air conditioning device functioning, axle lifting for goods vehicles, etc.

• Emergency valves

Technologies used: provision of appropriate profiles, CNC machining, plastic casting, selection of sealing elements, sheet metal processing, assembly, testing, marking and packaging.

• Magnetic switches

A wide range of standard and special magnetic switches designed to determine the position of the cylinder. Manufactured also for lower temperatures and in accordance with special customer requirements.

• Compact non-rotating piston rod cylinder

Technologies used: provision of appropriate profiles, CNC machining, plastic casting, selection of sealing elements, selection of appropriate bushings, assembly, testing, marking and packaging.

• Rodless cylinders

Technologies used: provision of appropriate profiles, CNC machining, plastic casting, selection of sealing elements, selection of appropriate bushings, assembly, testing, marking and packaging. Available dimensions: Diameter: 18mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm and 63mm; Length: up to 7000mm.

• Solenoid valve

Technologies used: provision of appropriate profiles, CNC machining, plastic casting, selection of sealing elements, sheet metal processing, selection of the electricity provider’s system, coil, assembly, testing, marking and packaging.

• Axle lifting system for goods vehicles

Technologies used: provision of appropriate profiles, CNC machining, plastic casting, selection of sealing elements, assembly, testing, marking and packaging.

• Electro-pneumatic systems (filters, ball valves)

These products include CNC machined support plates, which also serve as an air duct. Such plates are later equipped with selected elements in order to achieve the right functions. Plates are then tested in accordance with regulations (e.g. UNE-EN 50155:2007 (temp.) and EN 61373 vibration test).

• Toilet systems

Use of the vacuum technology and also in combination with water and compressed air. By using our own technology, we are developing valves and valve manifolds or control units responsible for unhindered operation of train toilets.

• Testing device

For all components and on customer request, we design, construct and manufacture testing devices that can perform all required functional tests.

• Hydraulic units and hydraulic components

Technologies used: selection of the material for pipes and piston rods, CNC machining, welding in accordance with welding standards (ISO 3834; ISO 15614; ISO 9606; ISO 14732; ISO 5817 Level B; ISO 9712), sand blasting, polishing and testing in accordance with C5-M High and ISO 12944, corrosion test, life cycle test, extreme temperature test, selection of appropriate gaskets (up to 500bar), marking, traceability, leak control.

• Oil indicators

Technologies used: selection of the material for pipes and piston rods, CNC machining, welding in accordance with welding standards (ISO 3834; ISO 15614; ISO 9606; ISO 14732; ISO 5817 Level B; ISO 9712), sand blasting, polishing and testing in accordance with C5-M High and ISO 12944, corrosion test, life cycle test, extreme temperature test, selection of appropriate gaskets (up to 500bar), marking, traceability, leak control.
